Q. "Can I use my existing voicemail?"
A. Yes! All voicemail can be forwarded to us for transcribing.
Q. "How do I forward my voicemail?"
A. To forward your voicemail to our system: Dial
* 7 2 on your phone, your phone system may give you
a prompt, if none is given enter the 10 digit number that was
provided to you for service. To deactivate voicemail forwarding:
Dial * 7 3 on your phone.
Q. "I'd like to get Scribe for my buisness, are there packages
avalible?"

to discuss various options.
Q. "Do I need to forward the voicemail each time?"
A. No. You only need to do the forwarding once, after that all
your voicemail comes to use for transcribing for email.
Q. "How long of a voicemail or message can I get 'scribed'?"
A. The length of the voicemail message can be no more then 5 minutes.
Q. "How long will it take to get my email?"
A. You will get your email message in under 2 hours.
Q. "Do I have to get it to just one email account?"
A. Of course not! You can send it to multiple email accounts.
Q. "How does Scribe work?"
A. You can find out the basics on the
How Scribe Works page. But to sum it up; you or someone calls your phone,
if you don't answer your voicemail picks-up like it normally does after a
number of rings. After they, or you leave a message,
the message then gets sent over to our system where we tran-scribe the message into text
and send it to your email account.
Q. "What if I want to get the message in a Fax instead of email?"
A. No problem! We can fax you the messages instead.
